Julie is a former 3-term Jefferson County Commissioner, and served as President of the Indiana Association of County Commissioners. She is a graduate of Ball State University.  She previously worked for the Southeastern Indiana Regional Planning Commission as Project Manager and Grant Administrator. As a Senior Marketing Executive for Midwestern, Julie assists in the coordination of projects, and serves as a liaison between the client, Project Manager and Engineer.  Julie, and her husband Pat live in Madison, Indiana and are very active in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program
