Kim Flynn serves as the Accounting Clerk for Midwestern Engineers, joining the firm in 2014.  Before joining Midwestern, Kim was a 3-term clerk-treasurer for the Town of Lyons where she procured and managed grants and loans for water, wastewater and storm water projects as well as the building of a new fire station.  She received the Clerk of the Year award from Alliance of Indiana Rural Water in 2011.  Kim received her Junior Accounting diploma from Indiana Business College in 1986 and has attended multiple educational classes for both positions.  Her responsibilities include accounts receivable & payable, payroll, invoicing and data entry.  She also provides support for the Marketing Department and the administrative staff.  Kim enjoys reading and crochet and is proud to say she was born and raised in Indiana.  Although she would like to spend time creating a family tree, the fact that her parents are both adopted makes that nearly impossible.  She and her husband, Tom, live full time in a campground setting.
